ALLSPORTS COACHES COACHING ACADEMY CIC is a Community Interest Company committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and a member of Social Enterprise UK.

We are a Not for Profit Community Interest Company Guaranteed by shares.

An Asset Lock will benefit both military charities and children’s charities.

Primarily focused on working with Veterans and their Families, our holistic programmes can be adapted for Key Workers, Retired Sports Professionals and others including NEET’s who are considering a career change.

The CIC has been set up after a number of people with a passion for sport shared concerns about the sustainable supply of coaches and the difficulties of working in challenging environments suffering budget constraints. To have the social impact both for coaches and the children and others being coached, our intention is to use sport to support coaches & children in education and communities with mentoring and mental health support and having a positive impact on Mental and Physical Health.

The driving force and social purpose for setting up this CIC is to:

Raise and sustain standards of coaching to children.
Provide a range of Holistic Support to the coaches we train and support, as well as the communities they serve.
Demonstrate the Social Impact of everything that we do.
Provide pathways for work experience, employment and volunteering opportunities.
Support coaches with a mentoring & CPD programme.
Make an impact on the Physical and Mental Health of the Coaches we train, support and mentor.
Make an impact on the Physical and Mental Health of the Children and Communities that our trained coaches deliver too.

With a fully integrated supply chain we are stronger together able to offer a range of blended learning programs including Sports Degrees in conjunction with Leeds United College. With access to an extensive network, we can provide pathways for trained coaches to employment as well as work experience and voluntary opportunities.
