POLICY & PRINCIPLES
ALLSPORTS COACHES COACHING ACADEMY CIC is fully committed to the elimination of unlawful and unfair discrimination and values the difference of being a Social Enterprise, as well as being fully committed to the Armed Forces Covenant.
We will not discriminate under any circumstances, and encourage a culture that values meritocracy, openness, fairness and transparency.
Using fair, objective , collaborative and innovative practices we will ensure that everyone we deal with directly and indirectly is treated fairly and with respect at all stages, and will be enabled to contribute and achieve their potential free from harassment, bullying or any form of unwanted behaviour.
